4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made in full at the time of service.
• No refunds for completed consultations.
• Insurance claims are processed as per the insurer’s policies.

5. Patient Responsibilities

• Follow prescribed treatments and medical advice.
• Maintain respectful behavior with staff and other patients.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any adverse reactions due to non-disclosure of medical history.
• Services are provided as-is without warranties beyond legal requirements.
